Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
At Rasta Lives, every piece is produced with intention and care through our local manufacturing partners.
All orders follow one standard shipping process.
Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days for in-stock items. For limited drops or pre-orders, processing may take 7 to 14 business days.
Once your order is ready, shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please note that during high demand releases, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize quality in every piece.
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders. Details will be provided at checkout if applicable.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
• Item is damaged
• Item is defective
• Wrong item was received

Sizing
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. As items are produced in limited runs, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production may already be in progress and cancellations may not be possible.
